VASTU AND FLATS

Indian cities have experienced a dramatic change in the development o f the real estate industry over the past few years especially in cities like Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Kanpur, Lucknow, Noida and other places. Builders are coming up with newer concepts of villas and high end apartments and they even try to integrate every possible Vastu suggestions in their projects of all kinds.

Going back to the 1980’s, the major concern while buying a house was centered around two things, is there sufficient entry of air and light into the apartment or not. Vastu experts never played  role in altering the decision of people intending to buy a house.   • In order to save space and highlight on the design factor, the architects and builders comfortably compromise on Vaastu doctrines.
  • The artisans and architects get perfect Vaastu done for their society premises like the main entrance, direction for the septic and water tanks for the society, direction for lower and higher zone and so on, and not for the individual flats or duplexes.
In order to boost up their sales, builders get their sales office and external premises built as per Vaastu rules and regulations.  Being the masters of this trade, they are aware of the fact that complying with Vaastu fundamentals can bring about huge amounts of profits for them.
